Personal Effectiveness Programme
Scope
For all levels from boardroom to shop floor, this spaced-learning 'open' Programme develops the 'soft' skills required to make technical capabilities more productive. Can be designed and delivered 'in-house' for teams of ten or more participants.
Entry Qualifications:
- Document your own performance improvement and measures.
- Discuss and agreee your performance improvement goals with your Internal Coach.
Mentor will facilitate both of the above.
Outcomes:
More confident, assertive and flexible individuals who communicate well with all levels and in all situations, both formal and informal. Measurably better relationship building and problem solving skills.
Logistics:
- Seven weeks' duration. One 'formal' training session per week, in the evenings. Each session approximately three hours.
- Two one-to-one Evaluation and Coaching Sessions (usually at your place of work) with your Mentor External Coach. Each coaching session is approximately thirty minutes.
Graduation Conditions:
- At least seven of eight formal sessions plus two individual coaching sessions attended.
- Demonstration of progress with documented goals to both your Internal Coach and to your Mentor External Coach.
