Are you able to quantify any benefit in either percentage or monetary terms?

I first became involved with Mentor Corporate Coaching Ltd in early 2006.  In the year immediately following completing the Sales Development Programme (year end to March 2007) my business increased turnover by 40%.  In the following year (during which I undertook the Results Centred Leadership Programme) turnover increased by over 300%!  Throughout this period I have been involved with the Executive Club, an invaluable source of energy, passion and inspiration in a period of great perspiration!

By what percentage has your recruitment gone up in the past few years?

In 2006 we were a business of just three full time and one part time staff.  We are currently employing 11 full time and 1 part time staff, and are currently seeking to recruit 2 more people!
