Mentor Corporate Coaching Limited was pleased to be involved with the recent Wigan Business Awards by sponsoring the Best Manager award.

As a training and development organisation, our general experience is that today’s managers spend most of their time managing tasks rather than managing people. The Best Manager award was to give recognition to the manager who has a high awareness of the importance of managing and coaching their team members – it is, after all, our people who will achieve our business results – it’s physically impossible to do everything ourselves as managers.
The Best Manager Award went to Mr Andrew Hall of Acorn Foundation Engineering. Congratulations Andrew and well done!
