Programmes Manager

We are looking for a well-organised and efficient person to take on the role of Programmes Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for the setting up and administration of all our public programmes, in-house programmes, workshops and seminars.  This role involves organising programme dates, liaising with venues, keeping programme documentation in order, preparing, ordering and managing supplies.   You may be required to attend several of our early morning seminars with a view to helping facilitate the event.

Within this role you will also be reponsible for typing client proposals, quotes and preparing invoices and will also have to answer the phone as and when required.

Trainee Instructors

Trainee instructors are successful people, usually in full time employment in their own field of expertise, who would like to be trained in instructing our 'open' development programmes in their spare time. Following training, qualified instructors are paid instruction fees.

Development Consultants

Development consultants source new clients, design and deliver development solutions and are employed on a full-time permanent basis by Mentor Corporate Coaching.

Team Leaders

Team Leaders are successful individuals who have completed a Mentor Corporate Coaching Programme, have made the required progress with evidence, and would like to join the Mentor Instruction Team in delivering similar Programmes in their spare time. Team Leader Development Sessions are held regularly to develop leadership and coaching skills which enable participants to gain further personal growth and enjoyment from helping others to achieve the same.
