We are not 'Life Coaches' - Mentor Corporate Coaching Limited helps companies to significantly improve their bottom-line results by partnering with executives to address real business issues and take the action that will bring permanent results.

Our strong coaching moves individuals to breakthrough performance, a level they wouldn't get to on their own, empowering them to set up a self-sustaining coaching mechanism within their team.

We don't have your technical competence so we can't and won't tell you how to run your company. What we will do, and very successfully, is provide the impetus to get the best out of yourself and your people.

Our spaced-learning programmes and coaching are far from "lecturous" - they are fast paced, highly participative and challenging; they stretch people beyond the comfort zone for change, growth and the development of permanent skills - until you're doing something differently in the workplace, you haven't been trained.

Our clients are reassured that we are 'here' for them, to guide and support with the implementation of plans. We are prepared to be held accountable for supporting them in achieving the results our clients want.

What we say is 'if you do what we say and it doesn't work - we'll give you your money back'. So far, we haven't had to do that!

The Directors

As directors of this organisation, we have a strategy agreement that has so far worked successfully - for strategic business decisions and client service decisions, Gillian has the final word. For programme research, development and delivery - Brendan has the final word! You can see from the picture (a bit of agony going on here!) that this doesn't always go down well!

Gillian Fitzmaurice
Managing Director

With a Diploma in Management and a member of the Institute of Management, Gillian is a former director of two companies, spending 20 years growing businesses through the development and coaching of people at all levels - from shop floor to salespeople to the boardroom.

With a desire and a vision to bring a realistic, practical and flexible training and development approach to business executives and their organisations, she established Mentor Corporate Coaching Limited eight years ago with partner Brendan.

Brendan Fitzmaurice
Director of Instruction

A graduate of Liverpool University, Course qualified Training Officer and former member of the Institute of Personnel Management by examination, Brendan's early career was as a Training Officer and subsequently Personnel Manager with blue chip companies.

Brendan spent more than 20 years as a qualified instructor for a global training organisation and as an Instructor Trainer with an international reputation.

Since establishing Mentor Corporate Coaching eight years ago with partner Gillian, Brendan's 35 years experience of training, mentoring and coaching senior business people to improve their personal performance, presentation skills and people skills have contributed to a 90% repeat business rate for the organisation.
